What are generic drugs,

Brand drugs and their generics are identical in terms of active ingredients, The only difference is generic medicine is always less expensive. When a drug company first invents a drug (eg. Prozac) that company is the only one allowed to make that drug for a certain number of years (approximately 10 years in the US). After this time period, other companies are allowed to make the same drug. These drugs are called generics. The original drug (eg. Prozac) is called a brand name drug. The generic pills may look different (because they are made by a different company) but inside is exactly the same active ingredients which work in exactly the same way.

Do you sell Brand name prescription drugs?

Yes we offer a full line of Brand Name prescription drugs made by the original manufacture and also less expensive generic versions of the Brand name products.

Are the generic drugs that you sell safe?

Yes absolutely our products are manufactured many times by the same manufacture who has manufactured the same higher price product you would buy in the United States. Our Products are manufactured within strict guidelines and standards set by the FDA, WHO and GMP and are all made by well known SAFE International Pharmaceutical manufactures such as Abbot, Aventis, Bayer, Cipla, Dr. Reddy's, Merck, Eli Lily, German Remedies, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Pfizer, Ranbaxy.

Yes, all prices appearing on the website are in United States Dollars.

Do you charge sales tax?

No, we do not charge sales tax.

Do I need a prescription?

If you have a prescription from your local doctor we can fill your order immediately or if you do not have a prescription you can complete our online Medical Consultation when checking out and it will be reviewed by our licensed physician's and upon approval you will be issued a FREE prescription.

What type of shipping do you offer? 

We ship via Express Registered Air Mail with online tracking available.

Do you have any hidden costs?

No, We do not have any membership or service fees.

How can I find out if my order has been shipped?

Will my order be shipped discretely?

Yes your order will be shipped in an unmarked package.

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?

You have 2 options you can either request a refund or your product will be shipped as soon as possible. It is very unlikely that any products will be out of stock.  

Why do the pills I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?

The product you have purchased may be made by a different manufacture or a different division of the manufacture who has made your products for your local pharmacy. The products you have been sent have exactly the same active ingredients as those at your local pharmacy. Each manufacture uses a slightly different shape and color for their product.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

The personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
